The E-Sampatti from time to time contacts the user for updating personal information so as to provide such features that the E-Sampatti believes may benefit or interest the user.

- The user will be provided a summary of all the personal data belonging to such users by the E-Sampatti, as and when such request is made, within a reasonable time.

- The E-Sampatti will also ensure that any such data belonging to the user which is incorrect or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible, subject to any requirement for such personal information or sensitive personal data or information to be retained by law for legitimate business purposes. The E-Sampatti may ask individual users for their identification and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and further may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be impractical or for which access is otherwise not required. The updation will be made free of charge, except wherein disproportionate effort is required. After the information of the user is updated, residual copies may take a period of time before it may be detected from the active servers and may remain in the E-Sampatti or Data Processor’s backup system.
5. Security of the Data stored
The E-Sampatti is equipped with a firewall to protect and monitor the outgoing and incoming data. We further use industrial standard security to store the data provided on the E-Sampatti.
6. Updation and changes of Policy
The Policy may be altered from time to time, to incorporate new changes in the technology, applicable law or any other variations. The E-Sampatti reserves the right to change the terms of the policy or the terms of use. Any such changes will only be made effective after duly posting the notification of the new policy on the E-Sampatti website. It is recommended for the user to periodically review the policy. Such updation shall be deemed to be accepted by the user wherein the user visits the website after the notification has been made on the website. The E-Sampatti will also make reasonable efforts to inform the user via email.

- The user has the responsibility to maintain the secrecy and confidentiality of the password, email address, and other account-related information. The E-Sampatti will not be responsible for any breach arising from the fault of the user to take reasonable precautions or share information with a third party.

- The E-Sampatti may contain links to other websites for advertising purposes. Navigation to such a third-party website does not make E-Sampatti liable for misuse of information. Further, the E-Sampatti shall not bear any liability towards the same. The interaction between the user and such a third-party website shall be exclusive between the user and the third party.
Grievance Redressal/Queries and questions
The E-Sampatti grievance redressal mechanism provides a very quick and consumer-centric redressal, wherein each query and concern of the users shall be addressed, which may include but is not restricted to the abuses or concerns with regard to the use, processing, and disclosure of information provided by the user or breach of any policy or the terms of use. The user, for the purpose of grievance redressal, will approach the grievance redressal officer through email at grievance.officer@esampatti.com.
